At Treasures Liquified, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every customer to feel confident and happy with their purchase.

We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected, so we offer a 2-day trial and return period on most purchases.

Return Eligibility

• You may return any eligible item within 2 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied.

• Items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (if applicable).

• Refunds will not be issued for items that are returned damaged, altered, or in a different condition than when sold.

 

Condition of Items

• New or Like-New Items: Must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

• Used or Pre-Owned Items: Must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

• Antique or Collectible Items: Due to their unique nature, returns are accepted only if the item is returned in the exact condition it was sold. Any alteration, cleaning, or damage will void the return eligibility.

 

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued immediately.

• Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

 

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please contact us at treasuresliquified@gmail.com or at 365-366-7108 within 2 days of purchase to arrange a convenient time and location to meet and return the item.

Exceptions

• Custom orders or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our return condition requirements.
